Anne Pollack practices in the areas of land use, real estate, environmental and governmental relations, and represents both private and governmental clients in connection with the sale, acquisition and development of real estate.

Anne assists clients by conducting land use due diligence and drafting various agreements in connection with major real property transactions and development projects. She also represents clients before state, regional and local boards and agencies on various land development approvals, including rezonings, land use plan amendments, special use approvals, variances, vacations, alcohol sales approvals, conditional use approvals, site plan approvals, appeals, subdivisions and historic certificate of appropriateness approvals. Anne also advises clients on transportation concurrency, impact fee matters, code enforcement, procurement issues, brownfield redevelopment and the effects of new growth management legislation.

Anne also has comprehensive experience in Development of Regional Impact matters, including due diligence research, annual reporting, drafting binding letters of vested rights, drafting and negotiating DRI essentially built out agreements and all aspects of notice of proposed change applications.

Anne was recognized as a 2009, 2010 and 2011 Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW-Tampa Bay) and the Real Estate Investment Council. Anne is a member of the California Bar and the Florida Bar and its Real Property and Probate Law and Environmental and Land Use Law Sections. She is a member of the Real Property and Probate Law Section's Governmental Regulation Committee. She is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and its Environmental and Land Use Law and Real Property and Probate Law Sections, both the Florida and Hillsborough Associations of Women Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.

Anne graduated from Colby College (B.A., cum laude, 1996) and received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 2000). She was admitted to the California Bar in 2000 and to the Florida Bar in 2003. She has resided in the Tampa Bay area since moving from the San Francisco area in 2003.
